Personal health coaching is recommended for clients with specialized goals or serious injuries that will require one-on-one support and accountability. Work with a certified fitness trainer solo or with a friend to set realistic goals, construct an effective & sustainable training program, perform efficient exercises with proper technique, & accurately assess your mental and physical progress.
